User-specific notes to help remember the intended purpose of this rule.
Guaranteed Rate (Kbit or percentage) qosRate:
Rate in Kbit to reserve.
Max Rate (Kbit or percentage) qosRate:
Rate in Kbit to not allow this reservation to exceed even if there is spare bandwidth available.
Buffer Limit (packets) unsigned int:
Maximum number of packets that can be buffered at any given time.
Burst (bytes) unsigned int:
Maximum number of bytes that can be temporarily sent at the shaper rate in excess of the reservation rate.
Priority priority:
If this reservation should get priority for spare bandwidth before other reservations.
Direction direction:
Direction to apply the reservation to.
